Delete your account
Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open UnSloth and go to the Account tab.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account, the last row under Account.
- If something still holds your account, the screen lists it and tells you how to finish or leave each one. When nothing is left, enter your password and tap Delete my account.
Can't use the app?
Email us from the email address on your account, with Delete my account in the subject:
We will confirm the request comes from you before we delete anything.
What you need to finish first
An account cannot be deleted while you are still part of something that has not finished - for example a booking, session or event you organise or joined, a request waiting for an answer, a group you are the only admin of, a family link, or a refund still on its way to you. A suspended or banned account cannot be deleted either. UnSloth does not cancel or leave anything for you.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, city, gender and interests.
- Your sign-in: you can no longer log in.
- Your notifications, notification settings, the devices signed in to your account, and the pros and venues you follow.
- Your saved cards are retired and can never be charged.
What is kept
- Messages you sent stay in their chats, shown as from “Deleted user”.
- Bookings, payments, refunds and receipts are kept as financial records for as long as the law requires.
- Reports and moderation decisions are kept so that abuse can be investigated.
- Messages you sent us through Help & contact are kept as a support record.
You can sign up again later with the same email address and phone number. That is a new account, not connected to the old one.

يتم حذف الحساب فوراً ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

- افتح UnSloth وانتقل إلى تبويب الحساب.
- اضغط على أيقونة الترس لفتح الإعدادات.
- اضغط على حذف الحساب، وهو آخر صف ضمن «الحساب».
- إن كان هناك ما يمنع حذف حسابك، تعرض الشاشة ما هو وكيف تُنهي كلًّا منه أو تغادره. وعندما لا يبقى شيء، أدخل كلمة المرور واضغط على احذف حسابي.
لا تستطيع استخدام التطبيق؟
راسلنا من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، واكتب في الموضوع Delete my account:
سنتأكد من أن الطلب صادر عنك قبل حذف أي شيء.
ما يجب إنهاؤه أولاً
لا يمكن حذف الحساب ما دمت طرفاً في أمر لم ينتهِ بعد - مثل حجز أو جلسة أو فعالية تنظّمها أو انضممت إليها، أو طلب بانتظار رد، أو مجموعة أنت مشرفها الوحيد، أو رابط عائلي، أو استرداد ما زال في طريقه إليك. ولا يمكن حذف حساب موقوف أو محظور. لا يُلغي UnSloth أي شيء ولا يغادره نيابةً عنك.
ما يُحذف
- اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وتاريخ ميلادك ومدينتك وجنسك واهتماماتك.
- تسجيل دخولك: لن تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول بعد ذلك.
- إشعاراتك وإعدادات الإشعارات والأجهزة المسجّل دخولها إلى حسابك، والمدرّبون والأماكن التي تتابعها.
- تُلغى بطاقاتك المحفوظة ولا يُخصم منها شيء أبداً.
ما يُحتفظ به
- تبقى الرسائل التي أرسلتها في محادثاتها، منسوبةً إلى «مستخدم محذوف».
- نحتفظ بالحجوزات والمدفوعات والاستردادات والإيصالات كسجلات مالية للمدة التي يفرضها القانون.
- نحتفظ بالبلاغات وقرارات الإشراف لنتمكن من التحقيق في الإساءة.
- نحتفظ بالرسائل التي أرسلتها إلينا عبر «المساعدة والتواصل» كسجل للدعم.
يمكنك التسجيل مجدداً لاحقاً بالبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف نفسيهما. سيكون ذلك حساباً جديداً لا صلة له بالحساب القديم.
